We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2-5 business day. During peak periods please allow 1-2 extra business days for dispatch.

Please note ETAs provided for shipping are from when your order is dispatched by our Online Department and are estimates provided by Australia Post. 

RETURNS

We offer an exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase at your cost. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, you will not be offered an exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from Natural Shine.

• Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale items cannot be exchanged.
